AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or purchasing from Poppy's Field (poppys-field-2.myshopify.com), operated 
by Cygnus Collective, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not 
agree, please do not use our store.

USE OF PRODUCTS
All digital products sold at Poppy's Field are for personal use only. By purchasing, 
you receive a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Download and print the product for your own personal use
- Use the product on your personal devices

You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the files with others
- Upload the files to any public or private sharing platform
- Use the designs commercially without written permission
- Claim the work as your own
- Modify and resell the product in any form

COPYRIGHT
All products sold at Poppy's Field are the intellectual property of Cygnus Collective. 
All rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is a violation of 
applicable copyright laws.

DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital products are delivered via email download link immediately after payment is 
confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at checkout. 
Poppy's Field is not responsible for undelivered emails due to spam filters or 
incorrect email addresses provided.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make every effort to accurately describe our products. However, we do not warrant 
that product descriptions are error-free. Colors may appear slightly different on 
different screens.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Poppy's Field and Cygnus Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, 
or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our 
total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. 
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store 
after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
