DIGITAL DOWNLOADS DELIVERY POLICY

NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
Poppy's Field sells digital products only. We do not ship physical goods. 
There are no shipping fees, no waiting for delivery, and no packaging waste.

HOW YOU RECEIVE YOUR PURCHASE
Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive:

1. An order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout
2. A download link email containing your digital file(s)

Downloads are delivered through Shopify's Digital Downloads system. 
Your file will be available to download immediately.

DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
1. Check your email inbox for your download link
2. Click the download link in the email
3. Save the PDF to your device
4. Open with Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or any PDF viewer
5. Print at home or use digitally on your device

DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR DOWNLOAD?
If you don't receive your download link within 15 minutes of purchase:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder
- Ensure you entered your email address correctly at checkout
- Contact us at DWSwan@cygnuscollective.network with your order number

RE-DOWNLOADING YOUR FILES
You can re-download your purchased files at any time by:
- Checking the original download email
- Logging into your account at our store
- Contacting us directly for a re-send

PRINTING RECOMMENDATIONS
Our PDFs are formatted for standard US Letter size (8.5" x 11") paper. 
For best results, print at 100% scale on white or cream paper.
