REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS — NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales at Poppy's Field are final. 
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, 
we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products.

Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Each listing includes 
a full description of what is included in the download.

EXCEPTIONS — WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any of the following, 
please contact us and we will resolve it promptly:

- You did not receive your download link after purchase
- Your file is corrupted, damaged, or will not open
- You received the wrong file
- A significant portion of the product was materially different from the description

In these cases we will either re-send your file, provide a corrected version, or 
issue a store credit at our discretion.

DUPLICATE PURCHASES
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 48 hours and 
we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.

TECHNICAL ISSUES
Our PDFs are compatible with Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) and most modern PDF viewers. 
If you have difficulty opening your file, please contact us before requesting a refund 
and we will assist you.

CHARGEBACKS
We take chargebacks seriously. If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, 
we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence of delivery.
