Getting Your Download

How do I receive my purchase?

Your PDF guide is delivered instantly to your email inbox after checkout. The email comes from Poppy's Field via Klaviyo — it usually arrives within 1–3 minutes. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it right away.

I didn't receive my email. What do I do?

First, check your spam, promotions, and junk folders. If it's not there after 10 minutes, email us at hello@poppysfield.com with your order number and we'll resend it right away.

Can I re-download my files later?

Yes — always. You can re-download any guide you've purchased at any time by logging into your Shopify account and going to your order history. Your downloads never expire.

What devices can I use?

Our guides are PDF files that work on any device — iPhone, Android, iPad, Mac, PC, Kindle Fire, or any tablet. You can read them on screen, save them to your phone, or print them at home.

File Formats & Printing

What format are the files?

All guides are high-resolution PDF files. They're formatted to print beautifully on standard US Letter (8.5" x 11") paper. The quick reference cards are designed for both screen use and wallet/fridge printing.

Can I print my guides?

Yes — all of our guides are printer-friendly. We recommend printing at home on standard printer paper, or uploading to a print service like FedEx Office or Staples for a higher-quality finish. Color printing is recommended for the best experience.

How do I open a PDF?

PDFs open automatically on most devices. On iPhone/iPad, tap the file and it opens in the Files app or Books. On Android, use any PDF viewer app. On a computer, they open in your browser or in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free to download).

What's the difference between a single guide and a system bundle?

Single guides focus on one specific topic (e.g., the Leaky Gut Repair Protocol). System bundles include 4–5 guides that work together as a complete program for a health area, typically saving 40–60% compared to buying each guide separately.

Do I get all the files at once?

Yes — all files in a bundle are delivered together in a single email with individual download links for each guide.

What is your refund policy?
